  • Pool Closed: The pool  will be closed for a special cleaning and treatment through early afternoon on Saturday. We apologize for the inconvenience. Although the pool is closed to swimming, residents may still sit at the pool. A pool pass, key and wrist band are still required during these visits. Residents are asked to review and comply with our pool rules – especially regarding alcohol, pool passes and wrist bands. Follow this link to review the pool rules.
  • Moving in (or out) at Suncrest Village? All new residents/owners of condos or townhomes must register with our office. And, if you are using a commercial moving truck or company after hours or on the weekend, contact us during regular office hours (9am-6pm Monday-Friday) to make arrangements for special gate access. See #3 on www.suncrestvillage.net/faq.
    • Condo Residents: if you are moving in or out of a condo building with an elevator, please contact our office 2-3 work days in advance so we may pad the elevator to protect the walls. Residents/owners will be held responsible for any damages to the elevators.

  • UPDATE 4:40pm – Food Truck Thursday: This Just In!!! Tim’s Log Cabin just pulled in to join Rolling Hills Rolled Ice Cream for Food Truck Thursday! Stop by the mail center parking for dinner and dessert from 6-9pm, while supplies last.
  • Household Hazardous Waste and Electronics Recycling this Saturday: The Monongalia County Solid Waste Authority is holding two events this Saturday (August 6) to help citizens responsibly dispose of household hazardous waste and electronics.
    • The Hazardous Waste event is held in cooperation of MUB and several other organizations. Click here for a list of accepted items, drop-off location and additional information.

  • Moving in (or out) at Suncrest Village? All new residents/owners of condos or townhomes must register with our office. And, if you are using a commercial moving truck or company after hours or on the weekend, contact us during regular office hours (9am-6pm Monday-Friday) to make arrangements for special gate access. Please inform your incoming tenants to stop by our office during regular office hours no later than 5:30pm, Mon-Fri to register as new community members our office for proper registration and orientation as new community members.  Make sure to collect all access devices/items (entrance gate FOBs and cards, pool passes and bands, and keys) from your outgoing tenants and report any missing items to our office. Review the list of items that should convey to new owners/tenants here and contact us to complete the list for your unit(s).

  • Compactor – Scheduled Dumpster Transfer for Monday: The dumpster will be removed for its regularly scheduled transfer away from Suncrest Village on Monday ( Aug 1) morning. Please plan to NOT use the compactor on Monday until after noon. As always, no trash may be left on the ground outside the compactor. REMINDER: furniture is NOT allowed in the compactor, anywhere around the Refuse Area, or throughout our community! Violators will be fined. For more information, follow this link. Thank you.

  • Food Truck Thursday: Taco Truck Time Machine will be serving from 5-8p.m. or longer (until sellout) today (Thurs. July 21). Stop by our Mail Center and welcome our newest vendor to Food Truck Thursday at Suncrest Village.  What’s on the menu? Follow this linkNOTE: this vendor only accepts cash, Paypal or Venmo. There is an ATM in the clubhouse.
  • Townhome Owners – Weeding Responsibilities: SVTHA Townhome owners are reminded of their responsibilities for maintaining a weed-free front entrance on their property.  Click here for details about SVTHA landscaping, roadway parking, and garbage policies.  Fines will be issued to homeowners who are out of compliance.   • Condo BOD Meeting: The next Board of Directors meeting for the Suncrest Village Condominium Association will be held today (Tues, July 19) at 4:30 pm. This meeting will be held in the clubhouse and via Zoom. If you requested to join us via Zoom, please watch for an email with the meeting link shortly before today’s meeting. If you are not receiving our emails, please contact our office.

  • Condo BOD Meeting: The next Board of Directors meeting for the Suncrest Village Condominium Association will be held on Tuesday, July 19 at 4:30 pm. This meeting will be held in the clubhouse and via Zoom. If you would like to join us via Zoom, please send an invitation request before 5pm on Monday, July 18 and watch for an email with the meeting link shortly before Tuesday’s meeting. If you are not receiving our emails, please contact our office.
  • Reminder Condo Owners: If you have not paid your HOA dues, please contact our office for the amount due. Also, if you have not recently received confirmation that we have a current homeowner’s insurance Declaration on file for you, please provide an official proof of insurance with your payment. If you can’t make it into the office during our regular office hours, you may use the dropbox outside the main door at the clubhouse or call us at 304-598-5815 to learn how to make an electronic payment through your bank.   • Townhome BOD Meeting: The next quarterly Board of Directors meeting for the Suncrest Village Townhome Association will be held in the clubhouse at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, August 23. Save the date and watch for updates.

  • Painting Project – Cement Staircases – Condo Buildings 2600 and 27000: The cement staircases leading from the garage to the first floor in the 2600 and 2700 buildings will be painted today and tomorrow (July 14 and 15). Residents may NOT use the stairs that are roped off. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
  • Food Truck Thursday: “Carolina BBQ/Edible Journey” is scheduled to join us today for Food Truck Thursday.  They should begin serving by 4pm. Check back for updates.

  • Clubhouse Porch Painting Project: Weather-permitting, the clubhouse porch floor will be painted tomorrow (Wed, July 13). The main entrance to the clubhouse will NOT be available during the project. Residents and visitors will use our employee entrance (left side – rear office door) to pick-up packages and for any other reason to visit our office/clubhouse.
  • Save the Date – Upcoming Board of Directors (BOD) Meetings: The next SCVCA BOD meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 19 at 4:30pm. The next SVTHA BOD meeting will be held in August.

Our HOA office management and staff members use email as the primary means to communicate with owners. Please check your emails at least once a week for potential messages from our office. Vehicles that are not registered with our office, and which may need to be moved for emergency purposes, may be subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.  Please register your vehicles and provide updated contact information. Thank you.

  • Pool Rules: Residents are asked to review and comply with our pool rules – especially regarding alcohol and pool bands. Follow this link to review the pool rules.
  • Refuse Area – Compactor Violations: Residents are reminded NOT to leave garbage on the sidewalk at the Refuse Area (or anywhere in our community). Additionally, residents are expected to follow the instructions for operating the compactor. We are currently reviewing video from incidents that occurred over the weekend. Please review the compactor operating instructions and policies here.
  • Food Truck Thursday: Update 5:20pm:  we are waiting for confirmation from a food vendor about  joining us for Food Truck Thursday this week. Hopefully, we’ll have good news for you. Watch for updates.

  • Suncrest Village HOA Office – Holiday Hours: In observance of the 4th of July, our office will be closed on Monday. There will be no mail pick-up services at our office on Monday. We will be open from noon-4pm tomorrow (Saturday, July 2) for mail pick-up only.
  • Attention Condo Homeowners: Today is the deadline for the third quarter HOA dues. You’ll find the amounts due here. Thanks to our members who have already paid their dues and provided us with a current homeowner’s insurance Declarations! If you are not sure if we have a current homeowner’s insurance policy Declarations on file for your unit, please contact our office. Homeowners who have not provided documentation in the past are subject to a penalty of $100.
  • Events Around Town: Special 4th of July celebrations are abundant throughout the area this weekend. Here are some sources to find your event. Enjoy your holiday weekend!
